And when we found a home even though our offer was not the highest price, the Crumbie Team's excellent negotiation skills, allowed us  to negotiate from a position of strength and get our offer accepted as the best alternative to a negotiated agreement. I’m not the kind of person that’s leaves reviews but this one is a very well deserved… Me and my husband are extremely satisfied with the service Crumbie Team offers. I think 5 stars is too little to express our satisfaction. My husband has known Paul for about 2 years. I’m not sure how they first come to contact but I can tell you our experience. We’re first time home buyer’s and of course that comes with a lot of the unknown & fears. Paul & his wife are very Professional, and always went the extra mile. Every concern and question we had, he would investigate. He always keep in mind our family needs and of course my husband needs with his work trailer. I can say he  not only helped us find a home but also saved us money. He is a good negotiator, and always keep in mind our budget. Even after closing there was a issue with the Mortgage payment Changing from the original payment deal. He got that issue fixed. I was in search for a realtor in Arizona, so I was put in touch with AgentCrumbie.  From the moment I spoke to N’Marie & Paul about what I was looking for, my time line & what I could afford, they immediately went to work in search of a new home for me as well as educating me about Arizona, since I was purchasing the home living out-of-state.  Although my offers were getting rejected, AgentCrumbie was very positive & encouraging even when I was not. After a few more rejections, someone did accepted my offer on a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. And while things were progressing we/I ran into another situation that almost blew the entire deal, but once again AgentCrumbie step up and step in immediately defusing  the issue and reassurance me that things will be okay & we will close.
